In case, a customer wants to cancel the service purchased from FairConnects, he/she can do by sending a cancellation request at our support email, (firstname.lastname@example.org). The request email must be done within one business day.
Our FairConnects team will then look into the request and will analyze if it has a genuine reason. The final decision will be taken by our team .
If credit card, debit card or internet banking was used as the mode of payment while registering, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of registration.
