Fairconnects believe in highest level of service and client satisfaction. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by lot of handwork and dedication. However, at the same time, we also believe that it might be possible that 1% of customers are not completely satisfied. To help those customers, we have written a policy which is mentioned below: -

Refund Policy

Fairconnects will refund to the customers if someone is registered as an employment/self-employment seeker then the amount will be refundable only when we fail to provide five offers within six months by making the best use of Fairconnects services. If you are registered as a start up Idea or an NGO then you are asked to pay the portal service charges and hence once the amount is paid it remains non-refundable. If you are registered as an employment/self-employment provider, as an investor and as a CSR/CSR grant provider then the services of the portal are free as per company norms as on date but will be chargeable if required as per company norms or subject to deal close.

You will get an email from Fairconnects when your refund is processed. If credit card, debit card or internet banking was used as the mode of payment while registering, your refund will be credited back to the respected credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of registration. We initiate refund within the maximum of seven working days. However, it may take up to ten to fifteen working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or the internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delay after the confirmation of refund by Fairconnects. The customers need to present complete transaction receipt, genuine reasons and explanation of service dissatisfaction. Our team will look into the matter, will process the complaint and help the customer to provide him refund.
